Well today is the first day of class again.... and I get to create a blog. Actually I guess I have already created a blog or creating... I guess it's like making pie. Speaking of pie, I teach culinary arts and I love food. What else....?

okay okay I'll get a bit more serious if I can...
So I do love food and traveling. Most of my trips revolve around food in some way or another. This past summer I took off to Europe with a back pack and found my way around from Ireland to Bosnia.

Hi guy! I see that after having two classes together last quarter already we are about to learn all about technology in this one.
Your trip around Europe sounded exciting. Tell us a little bit more about it. How is your teaching going? Still enjoying your students now that you are about half way through the school year?
How exactly and maybe what got you so interested in culinary arts?
